How do I manage (upgrade/downgrade) a Giant/Grizzly subscription?

Our Giant (monthly) and Grizzly (yearly) subscriptions give you unlimited tunnelling on ANY 5 computer or mobile devices simultaneously!

Upgrading to a Giant or Grizzly subscription


From the TunnelBear application:
1) Click Upgrade, a browser page will open



2) Select what kind of subscription you'd like and click Upgrade



3) Fill in your payment details (or pick an alternative method of payment) and click Upgrade My Bear!



4) If the payment is accepted, you’ll see a confirmation



Please note: If you’d like to upgrade from outside of the computer application, you can do so from the Account Overview page. You will need to log in using the same email address and password that you use for the application.



Once logged in, please click on the Upgrade / Downgrade button under Account Options and head back to step one of this upgrade guide.



Managing/downgrading a Giant or Grizzly subscription



From the TunnelBear application:
1) Click the Gear icon and click Preferences



2) Click the Account tab and click Manage Account, a browser page will open



3) Click on the Upgrade / Downgrade button under Account Options



4) Click Downgrade or select the type of subscription you’d like to switch to.



5) If you selected Downgrade, you’ll be asked to provide us with any feedback regarding the service, when finished click Downgrade my Bear



Please note: If you’d like to downgrade or switch the type of subscription from outside of the computer application, you can do so from the Account Overview page. You will need to log in using the same email address and password that you use for the application.



Once logged in, please head back to step three of this managing/downgrading guide.
