How can I upgrade to Giant or Grizzly plan?

That’s a grrrrrrreat question.

You can upgrade to a Giant (monthly) or Grizzly (yearly) plan from our TunnelBear Account Overview [] page.

1. You will need to log in using the same email address and password that you use for the application.

2. Once logged in, please click on the 'Upgrade / Downgrade' link under Account Options, or open the following page:

You will have the choice to choose the Giant or the Grizzly account.

TunnelBear accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal (as well as occasional jars of honey).

The Giant plan will bill your account $4.99 monthly. You can downgrade the Giant account any time!

The Grizzly plan will charge you $49.99 and provide your account with unlimited data for 1 year from the purchase date - you also have the option to set your Grizzly to automatically renew when the year expires to save 33% on the next Grizzly year's purchase.

The Giant (monthly) and Grizzly (yearly) plans allow you to use TunnelBear simultaneously on any 3 computer (PC/Mac) or mobile (iOS/Android) devices.

Different from the Giant or Grizzly plans, the mobile-only pricing (1-month for $2.99, 3-month for $7.99, or 12-month for $29.99) allows you to use unlimited data on one mobile device. You can only purchase mobile-only bears from the TunnelBear iOS and Android apps.

Please note that if you purchased one of the mobile-only plans, you will not be able to use TunnelBear for unlimited on a computer device until you upgrade to a Giant or Grizzly plan!

If you have purchased the iOS-only or Android-only plan within 10 days, you can use that purchase towards buying a Grizzly account - you will be automatically charged the difference.
