TunnelBear users are limited to one account per person.
You may receive a “It seems like you already have an account on this device" error if you previously signed in with an existing account in the TunnelBear app or on the TunnelBear website.
If you don't already have an account and still are receiving this error, we recommend to try the following steps:
1) On the TunnelBear website
- Create the account on a different device or in a different browser
- Clear your browser cookies and try again
2) In the TunnelBear application
- Uninstall and reinstall the TunnelBear application and try again
