There are several things that can be done if you have forgotten the email address associated with your account:
- You can search through your email inbox using the keyword "TunnelBear" to find account related emails from us (invoices, confirmation emails, etc).
- You can initiate a password reset using any email addresses that could possibly be associated with your account. If you receive an email prompting you to reset your password, this means that there is an account associated with that email. Alternatively, you may receive an email stating that there is no account associated with the email.
